Cancellation Policy
At Jenni’s Beauty Enhancement, I value both your time and mine, ensuring every client receives the best service possible. To maintain a smooth and fair scheduling process, please review my cancellation and late policies below:
Cancellations & Rescheduling: A 48-hour notice is required for all service cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule within less than 48 hours, a 30% fee will be applied.
Permanent Makeup Deposits: If you have placed a deposit for a Permanent Makeup service and fail to provide notice within 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book again.
Grace Period: Life happens, and I completely understand! However, to respect all scheduled clients, I offer a 10-minute max grace period. Arriving later than this may result in cancellation of your appointment and the applicable fee.
